The Registration has been closed on 21.10.2026 - all the available places were booked.
If you are an already registered participant and you have selected an active participation, please send us the corresponding Abstract (following the style of the Template) until the middle of November (15.11.2026). The number of 15-minutes Talks is limited to 9, the number of 5-minutes Flash Presentations is limited to 18, but the number of Posters is not limited. Please send the Abstracts (until 15.11.2026), the Posters (until 30.11.2026) and all requests to jaroslaw.panek@uwr.edu.pl
Registration
The registration with presentations (15-minutes Talks, or 5-minutes Flash Presentations of Posters, or Poster only) will be open until 15.11.2026 (Sunday November 15th, 2026 - the same deadline applies for the Abstract), if there are still free slots available. The registration without active participation (no Talk or Poster, but you can still register for Workshops or just for the lectures) will be open until 30.11.2026 (Monday November 31st, 2026), if the limit of 150 participants has not been reached before.
Contributed Talks, Flash Presentations and Posters for young researchers
If you are a young researcher or student, you are welcome to suggest a contributed 15-minute talk for the Young Scientists section during the Registration and send us the corresponding Abstract until the middle of November (15.11.2026) - in case all the lectures at the Young Scientists Sessions are taken, we will immediately make a note on the webpage and in the registration form. You can also opt during the registration to have an online Poster, which can be optionally accompanied by 5-minutes Flash Presentation (if these are still available). Please send us the corresponding Abstract (following the style of the Template) until the middle of November (15.11.2026).
