    General Information

    The Registration has been closed on 21.10.2026 - all the available places were booked.

    Venue

    The Conference will be held as the online meeting (Central European Time CET, UTC+1), free to attend for the registered attendees, under the patronage of the Dean of the Faculty, Professor Marcin Sobczyk. It is organized by the University of Wrocław, Wrocław University of Science and Technology, Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences, and Wrocław Centre for Networking and Supercomputing. While the Meeting is online, we limit the number of registrations to 150.

    Contributed talks

    We invite young researchers - students and PhD students - to propose short talks (15 minutes), optional at the registration. We have devoted nine slots for the short presentations.

    We would like to ask the presenters to prepare their presentations in a PPT/PPTX or PDF format and send them to the Organizers in advance. Please send us also the abstract of your planned talk, following the Template.

    Posters

    We encourage the participants to present virtual posters - their number is not limited. Please send us the PDFs as soon as possible, so that they can be put on the IMTEC 2026 cloud space and referred to during the Young Researchers Sessions. Please prepare also the abstract following the Template. The Poster Session will be held on Thursday, 3rd Dec. You can also opt, when registering, to have a 5-minutes Flash Presentation of your poster - there are 18 slots for the Flash Presentations. Please send the Abstracts (until 15.11.2026), the Posters (until 30.11.2026) and all requests to jaroslaw.panek@uwr.edu.pl

    Young Researchers Sessions

    As mentioned above, three sessions in the afternoons of the 2nd and 3rd December are reserved as Young Researchers Sessions. The Sessions will be devoted to the 15-minutes Talks (2nd Dec. 16:15-17:30, as well as 3rd Dec. 15:00-16:00) and 5-minutes Flash Presentations (2nd Dec. 14:30-16:00).

    Training lecture and Workshops

    Three didactic sessions (afternoons of Tuesday 1st Dec. and Wednesday 2nd Dec., morning of Thursday 3rd Dec.) will be provided, which you can select at the registration time. See the relevant section of this website for detailed information on the offered training sessions.
