Venue
The Conference will be held at the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Wrocław, ul. F. Joliot-Curie 14, 50-383 Wrocław, Poland, under the patronage of the Dean of the Faculty, Professor Marcin Sobczyk. It is organized by the University of Wrocław, Wrocław University of Science and Technology, Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences, and Wrocław Centre for Networking and Supercomputing.
Contributed talks
We encourage postdocs and senior researchers to submit their contributed talks (20 minutes), optional at the registration. The Scientific and Organizing Committee reserves the right to select the lectures to be included in the Conference programme due to the limit of time.
We also invite young researchers - students and PhD students - to propose short presentations (5 minutes), optional at the registration. We have devoted two one-hour sections for the short presentations, and we will accept the proposal on the "first come, first served" basis. The Scientific and Organizing Committee reserves the right to select the short presentations to be included in the Conference programme.
We would like to ask the presenters to prepare their presentations in a PPT/PPTX or PDF format and send them to the Organizers in advance. Due to possible technical issues we would like not to connect the presenters' personal computers to the beam projectors; especially Mac machines have exhibited problems with correct display.
Conference fee and Payments
The conference fee is 600 PLN or 200 EUR for a regular participant. A reduced fee of 400 PLN is provided for nationwide PhD students and graduate/undergraduate students. The fee covers the conference materials, access to the lectures, workshops and excursions, Get-Together Party and coffee breaks. The account numbers for payments are:

Registration form includes space for additional info for the VAT invoice (your University / company name and address, VAT ID). If you skip this field but the invoice turns out to be necessary, please send the relevant data to jaroslaw.panek@uwr.edu.pl as soon as possible.
Topical excursions
The Conference will be accompanied by topical excursions, to be selected during the registration: the Main Library of the University of Wrocław (located next to the Faculty of Chemistry) or the Wrocław Centre for Networking and Supercomputing (WCSS, located 5 minutes' walk from the Faculty, on the campus of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology). Posters
We encourage the participants to present posters (up to A0 format). Please put them on the boards as soon as possible, so that they can be referred to during the Young Researchers Sessions. The Poster Session will be held on Thursday, 3rd Dec.
Young Researchers Sessions
As mentioned above, two 1-hour sessions in the afternoons of the 2nd and 3rd December are reserved as Young Researchers Sessions. The participants will deliver short, 5-minute communications, ideally if these can be linked to posters.
Workshops
Three workshop sessions (afternoons of Tuesday 1st Dec. and Wednesday 2nd Dec.) will be provided, which you can select at the registration time. The number of available places is limited by the capacity of our computer rooms, therefore please register as soon as possible.
